240 luxery condos IN PATAYA We were contracted for this project in the middle and our scoop of work : ‘project management ‘ :, ‘Aluminum & glass consulting , construction interior & exterior , construction common area & exterior systems , furniture & decoration , design & construction - custom made glass balustrade system 120m2 swimming pool , design & construction - custom made glass facade & water fall system , Delivery & hand over to customers , we manage more than 200 workers& sub contarors turn key completion & hand over in 10 months

Eng projects construction responsibilities were : building 3 full construction 182 units M & E interior & exterior construction ( exclude structure ) turn key completion , building 2 partial construction & turn key completion 250 units , building 1 over see completion & turn key 248 units Common area : Exterior construction design sky light iron & glass structure , installation of fitness / restaurant/sauna facilities , construction glass tile swimming pool 1100 m2 , installation of galaxy stars shape fiber optic lights 900 points approx , installation water proof system for 3 buildings 2800 m2 approx , facade painting 3 buildings 9000 m2 approx , Over see all furniture installation , we employ 150 workers for the project we mange additional 300 workers & sub contractors Eng projects turn key completion 12 months For this project we work around the clock and it was amazing achievements for Eng projects .
